Mural entitled, THE PROMISE. This painting was first revealed to Chris in 1980 during a time of searching and in-depth study of the Bible, however, it wasn’t until twenty eight years later that she finally put brush to canvas. Since then, it’s ministry has grown and developed to include teaching tools and group viewings. |
When Chris first began to paint in 1980, this is what poured out of her. No one was more surprised than she was. Over the years, seasons of painting have come in short periods of time with long breaks in between. On this page you will find selections of her Early and Later Renaissance Collection.

Chris and her husband, Jerry, were missionaries to Papua New Guinea for many years. Painting the local people and their culture was her way of identifying with them and expresses a bit of their life there. |
